Does Jardin offer wedding packages?

Yes, Jardin offers a variety of wedding packages to choose from, including the Smart Bride Package, All in 1 Package, All in 2 Promo Package, and seasonal promo packages.

How many cars can Jardin accommodate?

Jardin can accommodate a total of 130 cars. Designated parking areas are available inside Jardin, situated around the different venues.

Do you have a backup option for garden venues in case of rainfall?

In the event of rainfall, Jardin can provide a backup venue if one is available. For example, if you have booked the Paradiso main venue, Jardin will assign you a covered venue. However, for smaller venues, a covered option cannot be guaranteed. If a covered venue is available, it can be assigned to you.

Do you have a wedding preparation room available if we book your venue?

Yes! Jardin has several rooms available on-site for wedding preparations. Please contact us for more information on the cost of these rooms.

Can I use a room during the reception to change clothes or freshen up?

Yes, there is a lounge room available for clients to use during their event. It can be accessed thirty (30) minutes before the event starts. All Main venues used will have one (1) lounge room. Lounge room stay will end at the same time as the event.

Do you provide accommodations for guests before/after the wedding?

Yes, we have limited rooms available for booking once you reserve the venue.

What is the time allotment for setting up and clearing out?

Suppliers will be provided with a standard ingress time of five (5) hours and two and a half (2.5) hours for egress time. Client may book additional ingress time for a minimum rate.

Are there any fees for electrical/wattage usage?

Yes, our events have an allocation of 5000 watts in electrical consumption. Additional fees may apply depending on the equipment used in your event.

What is the latest time I can book an event?

Events are allowed to run until 12:00 am. All guests and clients must leave the premises by 12:01 am.

Can I use the garden area for the wedding ceremony?

Yes, the garden area beside the main venue is available for booking at a fee.

Is it possible to utilize the garden area adjacent to the main venue for an extension of my reception?

Absolutely! The garden area can be booked for an additional fee.

Do you have any upcoming promotions?

We regularly offer promotions, so we recommend following us on social media and subscribing to our newsletter to stay updated on news, latest products, and promotions at Jardin de Miramar.

Will there be corkage fees if I bring my own caterer, photo/video, and coordinator?

Corkage fees are waived for specific suppliers within 30 days of booking. Please send us a list of your non-accredited suppliers via email, with only one supplier allowed for each category. We recommend exploring our accredited supplier options before finalizing your choices, as they bring extensive experience and have successfully collaborated with us for 10-20 years.

Can I use your venue for a photo shoot?

Yes!! Jardin de Miramar is open for prenuptial and photoshoot sessions throughout the week. However, kindly note that we have a limited capacity of three couples and shoot every day. To guarantee your spot, we recommend making your reservation promptly, as our venue is in high demand. On the day payment is allowed and Jardin clients can avail 50% discount.

Do you have a holding area for guests?

While we don't have a designated holding area for guests, they are more than welcome to explore the beautiful gardens of Jardin upon arrival. We kindly ask that you inform your guests to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your event so they can enjoy the garden surroundings.

Is there a holding area for crew staff?

Yes, we do have a designated holding area for crew staff.

Are fireworks allowed at Jardin?

Unfortunately, due to the flammable nature of some of our venues, we do not permit any kind of fireworks on the property. However, we do allow sparklers and smoke bombs for your event.

If we avail any of the promo packages, who will handle our concerns?

Once you have made the full down payment, we will assign you an in-house Account Management Officer who will be your point of contact. They will assist you in selecting and finalizing your chosen suppliers. The officer will then instruct the suppliers to get in touch with you for further details. From that point on, you will directly communicate with your chosen suppliers leading up to your event day. If you require additional food, kindly make the request to Jardin de Miramar's Account Management Officer. They will guide you through the process of filling out a Change Order Form to document the adjustment. Any upgrades or add-ons should be discussed and paid directly to the supplier, except for additional food which will be processed and paid through Jardin.

Does Jardin provide wedding coordination services?

No, Jardin does not provide wedding coordination services. However, we can refer you to one of our accredited and trusted Events Coordinators who will work diligently to bring your dream event to life.
