It holds 100 to 200 under a very high white ceiling hung with gold capiz globes, with gilded leaves and flowers worked along the beams. Wooden doors run down one side and open onto greenery, so the room borrows the garden without anyone having to stand out in it.
The gardens are a short walk from the door, which is where most of the photographs end up happening between courses. Your entourage dresses in a preparation room on the estate, and an ocular visit will show you the room at the hour you are thinking of. The Sevilla is 300 square metres and starts at PHP 70,000.
