They also won the Best Commercial Building Architecture Design for another standout commercial project.

For us at Jardin de Miramar, this recognition feels deeply personal. Long before Barchan International became an award-winning name, we saw its potential up close. One of their very first projects was right here on our grounds: Isla Palma.

Drawing inspiration from Antipolo’s lush greenery, Barchan infused Isla Palma with open, airy layouts, natural textures, and spaces designed to flow seamlessly with their surroundings.
