- Jardin can accommodate a total of 130 cars. Designated parking areas are available inside Jardin, situated around the different venues.
- Rainfall contingencies vary by venue. Larger venues such as Paradiso have covered alternatives, while smaller venues cannot guarantee a covered backup if one is available.

- Yes! Jardin has several rooms available on-site for wedding preparations. Please contact us for more information on the cost of these rooms.
- Yes. Lounge room access begins thirty minutes before the event, with one lounge available per main venue. Access ends when the event concludes.
- Yes, we have limited rooms available for booking once you reserve the venue.
- Yes — visit our Facebook, Instagram, website, and Google Business Page for photos and videos of past events.
- Suppliers will be provided with a standard ingress time of five (5) hours and two and a half (2.5) hours for egress time.
- Jardin allocates 5,000 watts complimentary. Additional fees apply for equipment exceeding this allocation.
- Events are allowed to run until 12:00 am. All guests and clients must leave the premises by 12:01 am.
- Yes, the garden area beside the main venue is available for booking at a fee.
- Absolutely! The garden area can be booked for an additional fee.
- Follow our social media accounts and subscribe to our newsletter for the latest promotional updates.
- Corkage is waived for accredited suppliers booked within 30 days of your reservation. Non-accredited suppliers require one submission per category for accreditation review.
- Yes. We accommodate prenuptial and photoshoot sessions with a maximum of three couples per day. Jardin clients receive a 50% discount.
- There is no designated holding area, but guests may explore the gardens. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the event.
- Yes, we do have a designated holding area for crew staff.
- Unfortunately, due to the flammable nature of some of our venues, we do not permit any kind of fireworks on the property. However, we do allow sparklers and smoke bombs.
- An Account Management Officer is assigned after the full down payment is made. The officer coordinates with your suppliers, and any additional food requests are processed through change orders.
- No, Jardin does not provide wedding coordination services. However, we can refer you to one of our accredited and trusted Events Coordinators.
