Promo period
- Booking date: Up to July 31, 2021

- For 30 pax packages:
- Up to October. 2021.
- For 50/100 pax packages:
- Up to Nov. 2022.
- Additional 10% Peak month venue rates apply for December-February and June events.
Reservation/Down Payment:
- Terms of Payment are as follows:
- INITIAL DOWN PAYMENT: P10,000 (non-refundable). Payable upon booking
- Initial Down payment of P10,000 must be fully settled within 3 days upon pencil booking.
- FINAL DOWN PAYMENT: P30,000 (non-refundable).
- Payable within 30 days.
- Non-completion of the FULL DOWN PAYMENT will automatically cancel the client’s booking, without refunds.
- INITIAL DOWN PAYMENT: P10,000 (non-refundable). Payable upon booking
Full Payment schedule
- Complete Down payment 30 days after booking date
- All wedding packages 90 days/3 months before wedding day
Terms and Conditions
- The 30 pax package can be used for a maximum of 49pax only. If the client’s booking exceeds the 49pax capacity. The package automatically upgrades to the Blossoming Rose 50 pax package. The catering package is also upgraded to the 50 pax catering package as well.
- The serving period of the Blooming Rose 30 pax serving period is extended up to October 2021 (3-month advanced booking)

Fine print
- Clients may add other inclusions in the package, with additional inclusions to be added to the total price of the contract.
- If the venue is upgraded to any other venue, the client must pay the two venues’ price difference. Please refer to the JDM Venue rates.
- Included food package is upgradable to any accredited caterer’s regular food rate. If a client upgrades, they must pay the difference between the two catering rates.
- Promo is non-transferable
- No refunds for cancellation
- This promo cannot be used with any other JDM promos
- Applicable for standard packages only. The served date should be a maximum of 18 months; otherwise, a 10% fee shall be charged. This is on top of the 10% charged if the wedding date were in December, January, February, June.
