Reservation/Downpayment:
- Terms of Payment are as follows:
- INITIAL DOWNPAYMENT: P10,000 (non-refundable).
- Payable upon booking
- FINAL DOWNPAYMENT: P30,000 (non-refundable).
- Payable within 30 days.
- Non completion of the FULL DOWNPAYMENT will automatically cancel the client’s booking, without refunds.
- The FINAL DOWN PAYMENT is to be paid 3 months prior to the wedding date.
- INITIAL DOWNPAYMENT: P10,000 (non-refundable).
Reservation/Downpayment:
- Initial Down payment of P10,000 must be fully settled within 3 days upon pencil
Full Payment schedule
- Complete Down payment 30 days after booking date
- All wedding packages 90 days before wedding day

Fine print
- Clients may add other inclusions in the package, with additional inclusions to be added to the total price of the contract.
- If the venue is upgraded to any other venue client must pay the price difference of the two venues. Please refer to the JDM Venue rates.
- Included food package is upgradable to any accredited caterer’s regular food rate. If client upgrades, they must pay the difference between the two catering rates.
- Standard corkage’s apply
- Promo is non-transferable
No-refunds for cancellation
- This promo cannot be used with any other JDM promos
- The served date should be a maximum of 18 months; otherwise a 10% fee shall be charged. This is on top of the 10% charged if wedding date were in December, January, February, June.
